1. What this site is

Bliplore (bliplore.com) is an independent editorial project — a set of hand-written reviews, genre hubs and comparison notes about free mobile games. It is operated by a single individual, Kevin Nguyen, and is not a company. These terms govern your use of the site's content; they are not a contract for any product or service, since Bliplore does not sell anything.

2. Independence and non-affiliation

Bliplore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Google LLC, Google Play, or any of the game developers or publishers whose titles are reviewed on this site. References to "Google Play" describe the storefront where a reviewed game is listed; they are not a claim of partnership. Game names, developer names, application icons and screenshots referenced or displayed on this site remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used here solely for identification and editorial commentary about publicly available, free-to-install applications.

3. Editorial content and opinions

Reviews, editorial scores, comparison tables and recommendations published on Bliplore reflect the personal, subjective assessment of the site's operator, formed through direct hands-on sessions with each game and reference to its public store listing. They are opinions about game design and player experience, not statements of technical fact about any developer's software beyond what is directly observed and described.

Game details such as developer name, current Google Play rating, and last-updated date are checked against each game's public store listing at the time a page is written or revised, but any of these details can change on the developer's side after publication. If you notice a page that is out of date, the contact page explains how to flag it.

4. No transactions, no accounts

Bliplore does not sell products or services, does not process payments, and does not operate a subscription, account or membership system of any kind. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to sell anything. Links to a game's Google Play listing take you to a separate service operated by Google and, ultimately, the game's own developer, and your use of that service is governed by their own terms, not these.

5. Acceptable use

You may read, link to, and share pages from this site freely. Automated bulk scraping of the site's content for republication, and any attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation (including attempts to bypass its hosting or security provider), are not permitted.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

This site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Game reviews reflect a point-in-time impression of software that is not under the site operator's control and may change after a review is published.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or any third-party site linked from it, including any game listed on Google Play.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this site should first be raised directly with the operator at [email protected] so it can be addressed informally; if that is not possible, the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.

These terms may be revised from time to time to reflect changes to the site itself. The "Updated" date below always reflects the most recent revision.
