1. Who operates this site

Bliplore (bliplore.com) is an independent editorial project operated by an individual, Kevin Nguyen, based at 5775 Atlantic Dr Unit 19, Mississauga, ON L4W 4P3, Canada. There is no company, partnership or other legal entity behind this site — Kevin Nguyen is personally responsible for its content and for any personal information described in this notice.

2. The short version

Bliplore does not run a subscription list, does not run its own analytics, does not use OneSignal or any push-notification service, and does not include a contact form, search box or any other input field anywhere on the site. There is no account system and nothing to sign into. The only way to reach the operator directly is the email address published on the contact page.

The sections below explain, in more detail, the very small amount of technical information involved in simply loading the pages of this site, and the one storage key the cookie banner sets after you make a choice.

3. Information collected through hosting and content delivery

Bliplore is served through Cloudflare, a content delivery network and security provider, so that pages load quickly and reliably in Canada and elsewhere. Cloudflare, acting as a service provider to the site operator, processes standard connection information for every request — an IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, referring page, and timestamp — for the technical purposes of routing traffic, caching static files, and defending against abuse such as automated scraping or denial-of-service traffic.

Where Cloudflare's own performance-monitoring script (Cloudflare Web Analytics, sometimes called "beacon") is active on this domain, it measures aggregate page-load performance — timing data, the page URL, and coarse device and browser information — without setting any cookie of its own. It is a processor acting on the operator's instructions, not an independent advertising or tracking network, and it does not build an advertising profile of individual visitors.

No other server logs are collected, stored or reviewed by the site operator beyond what Cloudflare retains for its own security and delivery purposes.

4. Information stored in your browser

This site sets exactly one item in your browser's local storage, written only after you interact with the cookie banner shown on your first visit: a single key recording whether you selected "Accept" or "Decline". That choice is remembered on later visits to any page on this domain so the banner does not reappear. No first-party cookie is set by Bliplore's own code, no advertising cookie is set, and no analytics cookie is set.

5. No forms, no accounts, no push notifications

There is no page on this site that collects information you type in — no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no comment box, no account registration, no search field. If you write to [email protected], the message goes to your own email provider and then to the operator's inbox; it is not captured, stored or processed by anything running on this website.

Bliplore does not use push notifications. No permission to send notifications is ever requested, and no third-party push service is integrated into any page.

6. Legal basis and applicable framework

Canada's federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) sets out the baseline principles this notice follows: collect only what is needed for a stated purpose, be transparent about what is collected, and give individuals a way to ask questions about their information. The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC), 30 Victoria Street, Gatineau, Quebec K1A 1H3, is the federal authority responsible for PIPEDA and can be reached at priv.gc.ca.

Because the operator is based in Ontario, Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, administered by Ontario's Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery, is the relevant provincial consumer-protection framework for any commercial aspect of this site, though Bliplore does not sell goods or services or process payments of any kind.

7. Retention

Bliplore's own code does not create any personal information to retain — there is no database of visitor records. Connection-level data handled by Cloudflare on the operator's behalf is retained according to Cloudflare's own operational and security retention periods, which the operator does not independently extend or shorten. The single localStorage key described in Section 4 stays in your browser until you clear your browser's site data; it is never transmitted to the operator.

8. Your choices and rights

You can decline the cookie banner, or accept it and change your mind later by clearing this site's data through your browser settings — either action only affects the one local storage key described above. You can block or restrict cookies and site data in your browser at any time; doing so does not prevent the pages on this site from loading correctly, since nothing here depends on that storage to function.

Under PIPEDA, individuals generally have the right to ask an organization what personal information it holds about them and to request a correction. Because Bliplore does not hold a database of visitor-identifiable information, there is typically nothing on file to request — but any question along these lines can be sent to [email protected] and will receive a direct, personal reply from the operator.

If you believe your privacy rights have not been respected, you can file a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

9. Children's privacy

Bliplore is a general-audience editorial site about mobile games and does not knowingly direct data-collection practices at children, in part because it does not collect personal information from any visitor in the first place.

10. Security

All pages are served over HTTPS. Because the site does not operate a database, account system or form backend, the practical attack surface for personal data is limited to the connection-level information described in Section 3, which is handled by Cloudflare's own security infrastructure rather than by any server the operator runs directly.

11. Changes to this notice

If the operator adds a new feature that changes what information is collected — for example, enabling first-party analytics — this notice will be updated to describe it accurately before that feature goes live, and the "Updated" date below will change accordingly.
